My 2008 Trotec TP1313 died mid-cut on 3 July 2026. Official support ended in 2017, the Nordic reseller won’t touch it, and a new one costs over $100k. Everything I’ve measured is on this page. What should I check next?

Expected: relay click, two beeps, the head homes to zero, then a ready beep. Actual: relay click, two beeps, no panel lights and no motion, then after a while a single “ready” beep.
We were in the middle of a cut when the machine stopped in its tracks. No laser, no movement of the head. No lights, nothing.
Now when I turn the main switch on, I hear the relay click and two short beeps as usual. Normally the head would then slowly seek its zero position and beep when it’s ready. Instead no lights come on on the control panel, the head doesn’t move and the keypad doesn’t respond. After a while it does give the “ready” beep anyway.
The fuses on the boards test OK and nothing looks burnt. It could be a cheap, simple component that failed, but I don’t have the electronics experience to find it on my own. That’s why I’m asking you.

OK the fault measured, is it normal? not checked yet
It’s the very last line in TREX.LOG, at 13:34:34 on 3 July 2026, the moment the machine died mid-cut. The log is also full of −3 and −251 codes going back to 2024. Were those warnings all along?
Relay clicks, two short beeps, then silence with no panel lights and no homing. After a while comes a third beep that normally means “ready”. The keypad stays dark the whole time.
Both 1G1 and 1G2 read 32 V with nothing connected. The Synrad tube label says “tested at 30 volts”. Is this just no-load behaviour, or a trim that drifted?
I have a multimeter and patience, but I’m not an electronics engineer. Tell me the connector, the pins and what reading to expect, and I’ll post the result here.
Trotec ended official support in 2017 and the Nordic reseller won’t touch it. Spare controller boards, keypads or a technician who knows these machines would be gold.
If you know what could cause power and beeps but no panel and no homing, or you can tell me exactly where to put the probes, post it in the thread. I’ll test it, post the result here and credit you.

I bought it four years ago at an auction from Aalto University. A 1.3 × 1.3 metre bed lets me cut things no hobby laser can, and there is no way I can afford a new one.
